Denver, Colorado | Portrait & Family Photography Shoot

Oh, Colorado. I'll never tire of your gorgeous views.

I met Laura through a community of photographers that we're both a part of called Pursuit 31. She and I arranged for me to do a portrait and family shoot for her and her awesome crew. We met at the gorgeous and quite remote Mount Falcon Park. From the moment I met Laura, she made me feel like we were old friends! Laura told me that she and Jason had hardly had any pictures together... ever! I took my responsibility to capture their love extra seriously. These two have a sweetness that must come from years spent laughing, learning, and dreaming together... and probably from raising their three hilarious and adorable daughters. Get ready for this post to contain some of the world's cutest smiles from Adeline, Ainsley, and Amelia. Laura also sent me off with some delicious Colorado specialty foods including Two Moms In The Raw bars, Plum Creek wine, and more. I'm so excited to see Laura later this year when we'll be crossing paths a the Pursuit 31 conference!

Mia & Zach | Orlando, FL | Country Club of Orlando

I’m so excited to share this beautiful wedding with you! When I joined Mia and her bridesmaids on the morning of her wedding, I was amazed at the calm feeling in the hair salon. The girls were running ahead of schedule -- such a rarity! Mia’s joy and relaxed composure that morning carried over throughout the entire day.

Each of her sweet bridesmaids were willing to do anything she needed to make the day go smoothly. The strong friendships were so evident as I got to be a fly on the wall all day.

The entire wedding flowed so well. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place when Zach’s father shared his charge to the groom right before Mia walked down the aisle. Mia’s and Zach’s interests and personalities were brought to life through the decor, toasts given, fun dinner dismissal game between tables, the guests who traveled from all over the world, and more!

Zach and Mia, thank you so much for inviting me to be part of your wedding through capturing your wedding photographs. The responsibility of documenting your love on this monumental day is not one I take lightly. I’m thrilled for you as you move forward in life as a married couple. Your greatest adventures lie before you!

Congratulations, Mia & Zach!

Thank you to my second shooter, Christina Dizon, for being a part of this fun day!

Rollins College Maternity Session - Stephanie & Anthony

Summer mornings in Orlando are so beautiful but also come with some intense heat! Lucky for me, Stephanie and Anthony were ready to take on an early morning maternity shoot before the high temps rolled in. The three of us had the best time bouncing around Rollins, finding new favorite spots. One of my favorite parts about shoots is getting to chat with my clients and learn a bit about their lives and their upcoming plans — in this case, Stephanie and Anthony’s plans for the new addition to their family! I know that their super fun spirits and laid back attitudes are just a few of the character traits that will make them incredible parents. I’m so excited for them to meet their sweet baby later this year

Winter Park Maternity - Megan & Sonny

Megan and I met earlier this year through a creative women's group that we're both a part of called Pursuit 31. We instantly clicked! When we first met, I got to hear all about their upcoming addition and all the life changes that she and her husband, Sonny, are preparing for. I was so honored when Megan asked me to shoot her maternity session! Megan, Sonny, and Duke (their lovable and super well-behaved dog!) met me on Park Avenue in Winter Park for a sunset maternity session. Also, Sonny's parents helped us get great shots of Duke with their incredible dog-whispering skills... and lots of doggie treats! I'm so excited for Megan and Sonny as they get to meet their little one later this year.

Rollins Engagement Session - Amanda & Matt

My first interactions with Amanda (at least that we remember... we almost definitely crossed paths before!) happened over email and I could already tell that I was working with one of the world's sweetest humans. When I met Amanda and her fiancé, Matt, at Starbucks last weekend, I found that I was completely right. Amanda and Matt have the rare talent of making a new acquaintance feel like you're all old friends! I had the best time exploring Rollins College with them for their engagement session. Their love is so sweet, playful, genuine, and incredibly fun to photograph. I absolutely cannot wait to photograph their wedding this December!
