What's more fun than an afternoon spent adventuring with new friends? This time, that adventure involved dodging some serious storm clouds. Lauren and Kevin are pretty much down for anything! Engagement shoots are so much fun because it gives the couple and I a chance to work together before the wedding day. During our shoot, I loved how much they made each other laugh... and even made ME lose it a few times. This cute couple just moved to Orlando and are working with a campus ministry at University of Central Florida. I had such a fun day getting to know Lauren and Kevin and I can't wait to shoot their wedding in November!

Vinoy Renaissance Hotel Wedding | Janice & Rob

I had the most amazing time photographing Janice and Rob's wedding at the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida! Janice and Rob spent a relaxing morning preparing for the day surrounded by their family. Janice looked like a movie star and was completely cool, calm, and collected. With every look, you can tell how much Rob adores Janice. Following their outdoor ceremony under a beautiful arch created by Dear Whimsy, they celebrated with a dinner for their families. From the intimate gathering of loved ones to the sweetness of the bride and groom, it was an incredible day and I was so honored to be a part. Denver, Colorado | Portrait Shoot

We had such a fun "engagement" session in Cheesman Park in Denver. Okay, so technically... Samantha and Josh have been married for awhile! BUT, they completely give off the new-love-engagement-gooey-eyed-vibe. Meaning, they're pretty much the cutest as you can tell from these photos. We had such a fun summer day exploring the gorgeous park. Samantha and I met each other through a community of creatives called Pursuit 31. I loved getting to know her and her husband Josh!

Orlando, Florida | Thorton Park Family Shoot

You know those families that are so sweet and you just want to spend time around? That's exactly how Hannah's family is! They had a super small window where everyone was going to be in town so we jumped at the chance to make a family shoot happen. They were troopers (even the little ones!) not letting the Florida heat bother them. It's so clear that this family LOVES being around each other! Enjoy these sweet summer pictures.

Cracker Barrel & Harry Potter Engagement | James & Deidre

What do Cracker Barrel, Harry Potter, and getting married have in common? They are all things that are pretty important to James & Deidre's relationship! I had so much fun meeting with these two at the exact Cracker Barrel where they started their relationship and where they also got engaged. We then headed over to Rollins College, complete with a few of their favorite Harry Potter props. Any guesses what their wedding date might be? That's right... Halloween! These two are not only incredibly fun but they are also super in love. I can't wait to celebrate with them in a few short months!
